  • Greetings & welcome fellow Bolo player or total NOOB whose never heard of the game before. Bolo is a 16 player graphical on line battle simulation pitting man against man (or more acuratley tank against tan..)In a hellish capture the pillbox brawl. Bolo is a hindi word meaning to communicate which is a very big part of winning in this game, also est bolo was one of the first real internet games it really did deserve its name. Ok so each player starts the game with limitless amounts of lives to spill away shelling hapless pillboxes! Don t worry about those pillboxes (pills for short) thow they get pissed off quick & will kill a tank being movable machine guns when set up. The first thing you got to know is when you knock out a pill it never dies you can always pick up its remains and rebuild them. grabbing and setting up pills and taking as many bases as possible is the way to win   ----i gotta finish this someday

      Phantom202 is a bolo borg havent ever played with this bot dosent seem to work with my coppy of winbolo lol
    Namik is a intresting borg script with good mapping.
    Minborg  simply writes an event log of messages received during a game.
    RYAN2  this bolo brain contains  a very simple pill taking path finding & base guarding  strategy deffinatly a prototype but collects pills.
    Sfinktah 0.1 as an assistant borg this one beats out all the others with touch key pill placement/rebuilding a radar map & many other great features, as with most of the winbolo brains its a bit buggy at times throw.
    Speilborg allows the user to shoot bolo video of games in progress.

    Ryan2 for linux  The linux version of this autopiolet code.
    Macintosh Brains:
    Indy  Indy was & still is  the hottest autopiolet code ever made it actually  communicates with other indy aindy & ladmo bots for a desicive edge in allied pill killing.
    AIndy202 AIndy was the pentical of bolo brain technology never since has anyone been able to write up such a sufisticated bolo bot that worked as well, aindy 202 usually came packaged with nexus as a director for the bot teams activitys. 4 allied aindys is a very tough challenge for even the best of players in an open game.
    ladmo0.60 ladmo also communicated with bot allies but was less intelligent than the indy series.
    Nexus   Nexus has to be the sleekest borg assistant ever made the latest versions ffeatured a control system for AIndy allies

  • The newer site of the official bolo webpage has been running est about 97 & its located here LGM.com this site was written bax in the days of mac bolo thus is primarley a mac resource but still a good one since the game play hasent changed that much.
